Color Rendering Final + Comps

Hello! it's taken me awhile to update but here's my color rendering from 113 A. Lots of things that can be improved upon, but that's ok, I learned from it and that's the important part. I've included some comps that I liked and was considering at the time of doing the lower left one was one of my favorite ones. however I ended up going for the original colors instead.

Black and White Rendering

Ta-daa! Here is my Black and white rendering. I Learned SO much about how to use paint through this assignment, as well as seeing value way better. I still need to work on my gradation, soft/hard edges. But, here it is, I am really proud of this painting so far, and I want to go back in and fix the parts that I am disatisfied with, when time allows me to. It was a really fun assignment, I am looking forward to the color one now.

Reversal/Some Figs

Mini update! been super busy with the Reversal project which was turned in finally! The Reversal took me 70 hours, probably. It was the hardest project I have done for Johns class. I didn't get my shapes in right till the weekend before it was due, and didn't start the rendering till then. The head shape is a bit off, It's suppose to be more tilted, and the edges could be pushed more. I am not really satisfied with it, but I am glad I got up to this stage. I am going to do another one over break. Also, here are a few Figure drawings i did recently that I actually liked; the last one is my favorite, that's the point where I just decided to have some fun . I still need a lot work...any suggestions are welcomed!

Figure drawing update

I am really busy with a hell of a lot of work. But for the time being, here's my minor update, check out the progress! are some of my recent figure drawings, that I am actually submitting for a portfolio midterm.

A little Update, the busyness continues

It's been awhile since I posted. I have become super busy with school, and well, here's some time to show you bits of what my time has been spent on. These are some of the gestures I did three weeks ago? I am not even sure, I really liked them though. I have more figure drawing that I like but did not want to post. Also, this is a piece from my 112 A sketchbook, the scan is terrible unfortunately. I happen to like that page too, meh. Anyways, critique away.

Enviroment/Perspective Studies

So, this is what I have been doing practically most of the summer. Riding my bike around, and doing environment/perspective studies. Neat, no?
